"Keşke" means "wish" in English and is often mixed with "if"="eğer" due to having the same suffix; se/sa.

Some examples;

Keşke gelsen= Wish you come

Keşke hava güzel olsa=Wish the weather is good.

But where as if it's attached to the verb after tense suffix that gives "if"  meaning;

Eğer gelirsen=If you come

Eğer hava güzel+se=If the weather is good.
